This is one of the most amazing pieces of memorabilia I have ever owned with rock solid provenance. You are looking at the guitar that "Young" Eddie Van Halen played in the infamous "Hot For Teacher" video. The guitar is inscribed and signed by Eddie Van Halen. You will also receive the entire outfit young Eddie wore. You will also receive numerous photos and extras from that day of filming. All of these items were sold at Julien's Auctions by the actor who played young Eddie. He kept these items for over 35 years. This collection was also featured on The History Channel's hit TV series Pawn Stars (Season 21 Episode 14 "The Big Kahuna"). You can go watch the "Hot For Teacher" video and see all of these items. World renowned & Motley Crue guitarist John 5 saw this guitar in 2025. John actually posted a video about this guitar across all of his social media platforms. If you search John 5 Coming in Hot For Teacher on Google, you will find his posts. It is easily discoverable on Google or Instagram. Keep in mind that Eddie's Frankenstrat guitar, that he played in the "Hot For Teacher" video, sold at auction for $4 million dollars in 2023!

Here is the description of what you will receive, as described by Julien's.....
"A scaled down non playing version of an Eddie Van Halen red, black and white striped guitar, as used by child actor Bryan Hitchcock playing a young Eddie Van Halen in the video "Hot For Teacher".
The prop guitar features a Kramer headstock, black scratchplate, & single volume control. The body is signed in black sharpie "Eddie Van Halen" and 'Thanx Bryan." In leather carrying case with "VH Productions" label.
The guitar is accompanied by Bryan Hitchcock's 'Young Eddie' three piece outfit from the video comprising of a white cotton t-shirt with "No Bozos" graphic print to the front; a pair of "Sergio Valente" torn jeans and an "Oleg Cassini" denim vest.
Also included are a script, three call sheets from the video shoot, a large color photograph of Hitchcock and Eddie Van Halen posing with their guitars at the shoot; 30 small color photos, some polaroids (the majority showing Hitchcock during the filming of the video), others of Bryan attending the 3rd American Video Awards in 1985; and three contemporary music magazines featuring articles and photos on the filming of the video.
"Hot For Teacher" is the fourth single released from Van Halen's sixth studio album "1984'. The video was directed by Pete Angelus and David Lee Roth. The video shows the band as themselves and as young students. The plot follows a young nerdy boy called "Waldo" (voice by Phil Hartman) and his classmates on their first day of school."
Bryan was invited to attend the American Video Awards with the band because the video was nominated for Best Video that year in the Band category. It was also the last single and video released by Van Halen before David Lee Roth’s departure...........
